Wholesale/Reseller Program
If you are a reseller interested in carrying the Buckle Boss Seat Belt Guard in your online store or retail location, you can apply to the Buckle Boss Wholesale program.
Wholesale program members will receive special bulk pricing to help with your profit margin.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Minimum Order Quantity
By joining the Wholesale/Reseller program, you agree that you will order a minimum quantity of 10 units per order. (You may still order less than 10 units on an order, but you will not receive wholesale pricing) You also agree that you will order a minimum of 200 units per year. If you fail to meet the yearly minimum, you will be removed from the wholesale/reseller program.
2. Wholesale Pricing
Pricing is based on a tiered pricing schedule as follows. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- 10 – 24 units $12.50 Each
- 25 – 49 Units $11.50 Each
- 50 – 99 Units $10.50 Each
- 100 – 200 Units $9.50 Each
- 201+ Units $9.00 Each
3. Payment Terms
Payment is expected at the time the order is placed, unless otherwise agreed upon by GBY, Inc. Payment may be made online by credit card, PayPal, or PayPal credit. You may also pay by sending a check. Orders will not be shipped until payment is complete, check has cleared or terms agreed upon.
Net-30 terms may be offered to repeat wholesale buyers with a proven track record.
4. Minimum Retail Prices
Minimum retail price for the Buckle Boss Seat Belt Guard is $14.00 USD. Resellers selling below this price will be removed from the Wholesale/Reseller program.
5. Return and Exchange Policy
GBY, Inc. has a liberal “No questions asked” return policy. Purchasers who have purchased from Buckleboss.com may return the Buckle Boss Seat Belt Guard for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus the shipping costs to/from the customer.
Customers who purchase from other websites/retail locations must return the item to the place of purchase for a refund. Then the reseller may return it to GBY, Inc. for a refund of the wholesale price.
6. Shipping
The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. GBY, Inc and buckleboss.com use USPS as our preferred shipper. Shipping costs are calculated by the website and added to the order total.
If the purchaser wishes to use an alternate shipping method, such as UPS or Fedex, you may contact GBY, Inc. with your shipping account information and we will ship using your requested method.
Orders typically ship within 2 business days from the time the order payment is complete.
7. Ordering Process
Once you have joined the Wholesale/Reseller program, an account will be created for you on Buckleboss.com. You will be able to log into the webstore and create your order. Wholesale pricing will be applied automatically and will be reflected in the cart total.
8. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, you may receive the order then return it for a full refund minus the shipping costs.
