We received many requests for a replacement to the Medicine Bottle Cap style of seat belt guards. So, we have spent months designing, testing, modifying and redesigning what we hope to be the best side button or top button Special Needs seat belt guard available.
The new Buckle Boss Bus is 3D Printed from PLA+ (We may be adding PETG and PolyCarbonate versions in the future, for even higher durability.)
The Buckle Boss Bus is slightly larger than the Bottle Cap style guards to accommodate the larger domed seat belt receptacles in use in newer buses. So that it may be used on as many types of vehicles possible, it includes integrated tabs on the inside to hold almost any size seat belt firmly in place, and slots on the top and side to allow for different types of seat belt locks.
